Unfortunately, due to the high volume of work and the complexity of some processes, we do not typically photograph the restoration process. However, you may be contacted during the work to assess, together with the technician, any decisions regarding the restoration; in this case, we will send explanatory photos of the issue.
Pendulum laboratorio relies on secure couriers or standard carriers, ensuring insurance on every package shipped. We are able to cover all of Europe within 72 hours. Except for shipments with armored secure couriers, each package is provided with a tracking number so that the customer can independently monitor the progress of the delivery.

Absolutely, Pendulum Laboratorio is committed to always honoring the estimate provided to the customer. Any changes are usually attributable to internal issues that were not visible during the inspection phase.
The need for additional work and/or spare parts is always communicated to the customer in advance, and work will proceed only after their approval.
